Making private offers on custom sign projects

Whenever a local business decides they would like to post their project to receive offers from sign shops you now have the opportunity to make them a private offer. You can find their listings by selecting the requesting listing types from the search results page.

What is a private offer?

A private offer is an offer which only you and the buyer can see, it will not be seen by any other sign shops. You can send them examples of your work, a description on how you can fulfill it and a price which you think you can do it for.

Buyers can accept or decline your offer

Once your offer is submitted the buyer will then be alerted and can now review your offer. They have the choice of accepting it or declining it, with the option of leaving a message.

Declined offer

If your offer is declined you will be notified, you then have the option of making another offer if you feel like doing so.

Accepted offer

If your offer is accepted they will then be required to make whole the payment up front which will then be held by Signtag until they mark it complete. You will be notified of the payment and acceptance and can now begin building your sign.

What happens when I am done with the order?

When you’re done you can notify them via the chat message or directly if you’ve begun speaking over the phone. They are then required to mark the project complete so that the funds are released to your Stripe account.

You can choose to either give them the finished sign before or after the payment is released depending on how you prefer to do business.
