Choosing an offer from sellers

So you have posted your sign request and now have been receiving offers, now what? Well now you get to pick which seller is the right one based on a few criteria.

  1. Location: Are they in a reasonable amount of distance to install your sign?
  2. Quality: How do their other examples of work look, and do they have positive reviews?
  3. Price: Is their price fair and in a range you can afford?

Ask qualifying questions

It’s important to ask questions to make sure they understand the scope of your project. Maybe they read it but you have left out something which may cause your price to increase later on.

  1. Does your price include the cost of installation?
  2. Does your price include layout design work?
  3. Is all of your work done in house? (avoid middlemen fees)
  4. Can you provide any examples of similar projects?
  5. Is there any warranty if this sign breaks within 6 months?

Choosing the offer

Once you are satisfied with the response from your seller, you can choose to accept their offer. Go into your inbox and choose Project offers from the tabs, you will then be able to see your offers.

Making your payment

You will then be asked to provide the whole payment up front so that the seller can order the supplies knowing they are guaranteed their money.

Without this guarantee they would be spending money on your project not knowing if they will be paid or not.

And you are also covered because you have the guarantee that you’re not paying for your sign until you are satisfied with the finished product they’ve shown you.

Declining an offer

Many offers you get may be out of your price range, or you just don’t think they are the right fit. You only need to simply choose the Decline button, and it will notify the seller of your decision.

Also when you choose your seller, it will automatically decline all other offers so you will not need to do this yourself.
