Accepting an offer
Once you have agreed on a price with your seller now it’s time to accept the offer and make the payment. Your seller will then be notified and can begin production of your sign.
Funds will be held
Once your payment is sent it will be held by Stripe. This allows you to have peace of mind knowing that your project is being worked on, and you have the final say in when it’s complete.
This also gives your sellers peace of mind knowing the money is sitting safely and ready to be released to them.
Mark your project complete
Once you have seen your completed sign and feel confident that it’s finished, simply log back into Signtag and find your order. You will then see a green button stating mark complete.
This will then release the funds to your seller, and you will be tasked with providing them an honest review. Be sure to do so so they can get more sales in the future!
